19th century panel of four glazed ceramic Nazari Style tiles in an iron frame. 

Made in the cuerda seca technique, Spanish for "dry cord", where the water-soluble glazes are separated on the surface by thin lines of a greasy substance to prevent them running out of their delineated areas. A technique traced to the Omeya califate which came to Al-Andalus in the 10th century.
